Overview

We are looking for someone who is EXCITED to negotiate with sellers and get on the phone!

We buy and sell land all over the United States. This position would be working on the “Acquisitions” side of our business. We have a broad marketing process which includes texting, calling, mailing owners of land, and offer to buy their property.

You’d be plugging in to our interactive CRM that contains all supporting data, including comps, price range and comprehensive property details so you have everything you need going in to a conversation with the seller.

Main Responsibilities:

* Making phone calls to seller leads in our database

* Reviewing analytics of the property ie topography, comparable sales, understanding access to utilities, road access, back taxes, and more. (Don’t worry, we will train you in!)

* Making contact with new leads (and building a relationship!! Sellers are SO important to our business, we want to make them feel very comfortable over the phone, via text, and email)

* Non responsive lead follow up and touching base

WHO

+ You MUST be able to speak fluent (or very good) English, work during US hours, and have impromptu calls with me same day.

+ I NEED someone who is persistent. A “go-getter!” With our potential sellers, you often have to follow up 5+ times to get the deal done!

+ You MUST be able to take direction and run with it. With that said, I am a great teacher and will equip you with everything you need!

+ You MUST be able to give feedback… What’s working? What’s not? How can we improve our process?

+ You need to be comfortable making phone calls to land sellers. You must be able to confidently deliver a message over the phone and understand you may not get favorable responses every time

+ You MUST have experience negotiating and a sales background – over the phone, via email and text

+ You must be reliable. If you say you will do something, it must be done.

WHAT

+ I am looking for someone to manage the seller leads effectively

+ WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? When someone responds to our marketing efforts wanting to sell us their land, you will be the person in charge of talking with them, getting papers signed, and handling internal business tasks

+ The ideal applicant will need little to no oversight within 4 weeks of hiring. That being said, my only goal is to support YOU and help YOU make as much money as possible.

WHERE

+ Work from your computer. Need to speak fluent English and work during US hours.

+ Pay will depend on skill level.

+ Hours depend on marketing response, which fluctuates. Ballpark 20-30 hours a week
