Overview

The Inside Sales Specialist works closely with our Sales Teams to ensure consistent follow up with our leads which drives in-person appointments for our sales team and ultimately, contracts to purchase homes. This is a virtual position available for qualified candidates who have a background in nurturing sales leads and driving downstream sales. Experience with real estate is not required, though the ideal candidate does have extensive experience with Inside Sales and appointment generation.

Primary functions to include

  • Lead nurturing through the Company’s CRM, SalesForce
  • Buyer prospecting
  • Approximately 50 Outbound dials / shift to Homeowners within our CRM to engage in a quality conversation and guage readiness on selling their home
  • Learn and follow the Lead Management Script

 

Bonus Plan

Excellent grasp of written and verbal communication / Detail oriented and task driven / Strong team player with the ability to work seamlessly and positively with the True Homes Team / College Degree / 5+ years professional work experience / 3+ years in sales or a lead development role
