Overview

We are a close-knit, passionate, and growing digital marketing agency based in Lowell, MA. We help business owners & nonprofits across all industries with integrated online marketing strategies and services. We are seeking an experienced Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

The position will have the following responsibilities:

Collaborate with our team members and external partners to support campaigns, launch efforts, and any other social content or marketing requests.
Research on best practices and current trends of social media marketing and recommend to the team on how best to implement them.
Communicate with followers, monitor social feeds, and promptly respond to customer questions.
Build relationships with social media communities, including fans, potential influencers, and industry professionals.
Interact with clients frequently to develop marketing strategies based off of relevant events, marketing initiatives, trends, etc.
Develop, organize, plan, & implement social media content calendars for clients.
Create, post, promote, and schedule a variety of creative, original, and UGC social content across our client’s social media platforms using social media management tools. (Hootsuite Preferred)
Oversee the creative, performance, and engagement of social media campaigns.
Monitor, measure, and report on the success of digital marketing efforts and social media campaigns using analytics tools such as Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.
Write engaging and unique content for monthly blogs, newsletters, and website content. (Please send 1-2 writing samples)
Responsible for the overall performance and success of the campaigns.
About The Position

The Social Media & Marketing Coordinator role is part-time with a maximum of 18 hours per week and the ability to work remotely. This position is ideal for candidates who are looking for a flexible, resume-building, and hands-on experience. We are seeking local candidates with the ability to work remotely and meet with the team a few times a month.

Qualifications

Keys to Success in the Social Media and Marketing Coordinator will include: Agency Experience: Experience working at a marketing agency for a minimum of 2 years. Social Media Marketing: Experience creating, managing, and posting on social media for businesses or organizations.
