Overview

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic team member to join our rapidly growing Lead Conversion Services Division. The Lead Conversion team is responsible for nurturing leads that opt-in for offers at their local med spa or cosmetic dental office (our clients).

All communication with these leads takes place within our proprietary system and consists of calling, voicemail, SMS, and email and must be done in a timely manner after the lead signs up for the offer.

Responsibility & Accountability

As a Lead Conversion Services Specialist, you will represent our clients by reaching out and answering calls from their leads. You will be an extension of their office and will need to communicate in such a manner that the lead feels they are speaking with someone at the local business.

 

Your success is measured by the number of leads that are booking appointments with the practice.

The ideal candidate will: 

  • Be a great listener that communicates closely with our clients’ leads interested in booking aesthetics offers at their local medspa/cosmetic dental office
  • Handle leads for multiple client accounts via email, phone calls, and text with consistent follow-up after the lead signs up
  • Handle pressure well and have patience with leads that are asking about the specials our clients are offering
  • Have a positive attitude and assist the leads in booking their appointment and priming them for their upcoming visit to the practice
  • Collect payment information on behalf of the practice to ensure a high appointment show rate
  • Be able to work remotely in a quiet location and reach out to leads within 15 minutes of them opting in for our clients’ offers during business hours
  • Communicate internally with our marketing team to alert them of slowdowns in lead flow or lead quality issues to ensure a high level of booked appointments

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (9-5 EST)

The job is 40 hours a week.

You must be available to reach out and answer questions from the leads between 9-5 EST. Keep an eye on Slack for updates or communication with the client or team when necessary.

Qualifications

Fluent English & Excellent Communication Skills All of our clients are from the USA / Canada. Since you will be speaking with leads in these areas, you should be native/fluent in English and be an excellent communicator (written and spoken).
