We are an online training program and community for theater professionals.

We are seeking a Customer Relations Rep to take ownership of inbound and outbound calls with potential members, as well as follow-up communications.

To be successful as a Customer Relations Rep you must have excellent communication skills and meet sales objectives.

Identify and qualify sales prospects.
Conduct sales calls to educate prospects on our products and service.
Ongoing follow-up to qualified prospects, including email, SMS, and outbound calls.
Weekly sales reporting.

A degree in sales, marketing, commerce or a related field would be advantageous, but not required.
Excellent communication skills.
Flexible work hours.
Prior experience in retail or sales.
Excellent customer service skills.

This position is open to full-time and part-time scheduling. All work will be done remotely from home and hours can be flexible. This position is hourly pay plus commission on sales.
