Job Description:

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our clients while working remotely within the U.S.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including but not limited to answering emails, scheduling meetings, and customer service. For this role, a strong Internet connection and general liability insurance are required, along with experience using Google applications and security software.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Skills and Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. Google Docs) • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar) • Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills • Excellent time management skills • Solid organizational skills • Some college; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus • Social Media Management a plus but not required • Website management a plus but not required • Email marketing a plus but not required
