Overview
Looking for a virtual assistant to support the leader and ops manager for a real estate team with their marketing outreach and activities. This position would be part-time at first and ideally looking for someone who would be willing to grow with the team and brokerage. Tasks include some light marketing work (e.g. digital graphics via Canva), organizing resources for client appreciation activities (all digitally), order signs for new agents, organize marketing efforts for team and agents (all digital & internet-based). This person preferably should be amiable, collaborative, flexible, open to critique (to ensure efficiency), and want to have fun in their job. We all have fun while doing this job and are looking for someone to match that energy. 🙂 There’s no need for prior real estate training, licensure or even exposure to the business. Qualifications
Knows Google suite of apps (doc, sheets, slides, etc); laptop (Chromebook ok), internet access, Familiarity with social media platforms.
