Overview

In this position, you’ll be the primary point person for our clients, answering their questions and helping guide their projects toward success. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service through email and video calls. You’ll help troubleshoot their HubSpot questions, analyze their marketing data, and provide timely project updates. You will coordinate with our Senior Marketing Strategist to analyze client’s data, channels, and marketing efforts to grow your skills in crafting comprehensive strategies that drives toward their goals. You’ll host regular meetings with clients wherein you’ll present the latest data trends, make strategic recommendations, and update them on the status of outstanding deliverables. This position may also be responsible for the execution of strategic deliverables.

Your Professional Experience:

  • At least 1 year of client management experience
  • At least 1 year of CRM experience
  • At least 1 year of hands-on HubSpot experience
  • Experience with B2B marketing strategy
  • Related Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Strong communication skills
  • Collaborative team player who doesn’t mind helping or asking for help

YOU’LL START YOUR DAY WITH A QUICK TEAM MEETING…We’ll run down our priorities for the day and help each other resolve anything we’re stuck on.

Next you’ll respond to any new emails and messages from clients and troubleshoot any issues they might be facing. You’ll spend your day fielding questions from clients, providing status updates on projects, and making recommendations to help them hit their goals. Throughout the day, you’ll post updates for the team and make sure they have the info they need to produce awesome content and designs for our clients.
