Overview
Our boutique Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a new Client Success team member to help us do an even better job of serving our clients and helping them feel valued and heard by our marketing team.
As a team, we try to keep the culture easy going, but professional and enjoy having a laugh whenever possible on weekly team meetings.
A good candidate should have some client facing experience for digital marketing services (preferably Google Ads and Facebook Ads which is what we specialize in).
The Role
As a Client Success person, your role is client-facing and it’s imperative that we set the right pace and expectation for new and existing clients. Being polite, professional, proactive, and personable are necessary for this position.
This role is vital to the success of the company because we will be counting on you to:
- Ensure client expectations are met/exceeded as much as reasonably possible.
- Make the new client on-boarding process as simple, hassle-free, and enjoyable as possible.
- Embody the company culture of being client-centric and proactive.
Some of the responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Responding to clients via email to ensure they have their questions answered about the progress of campaigns.
- Sending client updates bi-weekly/monthly based on campaign performance.
- QA items provided by client for accuracy, follow up on any questions or missing items.
- Adding key information from the Client to Asana for other team members to find easily. (i.e. budget changes, new targets, new tasks, etc.
- Assist the PPC Team with items needed for existing clients and all necessary follow up.

Qualifications
Prefer someone with some experience working in digital marketing so they understand the lingo and overall industry.
