Overview

As a Business Development Specialist, you will use your sales experience, in a cold calling/emailing environment, to prospect and set meetings for our clients in our program. As a Business Development Specialist  you will be given a set of clients with their defined potential customers, territory, and industry, with market research intelligence for each client. The clients will be those of which may or may not have previously used our program. Each client you are assigned will require introduction and explanation of clients’ products or services over the phone/email(Scripts and training are provided), ensuring they are influencers or decision makers for that specific product or service, and setting up those meetings.

 

What you’ll be doing:
• Meet or exceed your weekly meeting quotas
• Prospect and secure new customers for each client you are assigned
• Build clients’ customer pipelines
• Conduct weekly summary/strategy meetings per each client
• Coordinate meetings with clients’ vetted potential customers
• Work to develop this growing team
• Making extensive amounts of phone calls and emails per day to your assigned targets and clients
• Create and present weekly updated progress reports for each client
• Build and develop account relationships and close objectives quickly.

• Proven track record of winning new business
• Proven track record of high output activity (calls, meetings, emails, etc.)
• Cold calling experience
• Familiar with all lengths of sales cycle
• CRM and Excel Knowledge
• Prospecting and Contact Research capabilities
• Prior B2B experience
• College Degree.
