We’re hiring a Tech Virtual Assistant who can directly impact our company’s mission by supporting 2-3 clients’ podcasts or course launches at a time, for approximately 10-20 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities
- Setting up & testing launch tech for our client’s launches
- Migrating our client’s course systems
- Adhere to set deadlines
- Be available during launch periods to make changes for client support
- Report to our launch project managers on each launch
- Attend weekly team meetings

Qualifications
We expect the ideal candidate to have familiarity and/or expertise in the following programs: Asana, Slack, Kajabi, Kartra, Leadpages, and Zoom. Additionally, we hope that you have at least 1 year of launch experience with online businesses, hear a great idea, and naturally start thinking about what steps it will take to make it happen, feel most comfortable when you’re plugged into the big picture of a business, and are capable of receiving feedback, communicating with, and working closely with a team of virtual professionals.
