Overview

We are a small boutique service firm and looking for ongoing administrative support.  Often during the week and based on various event postings etc, we/I get overwhelmed with administrative tasks.  We are looking for a new valued member to support us on a very part time basis that will develop into more over the next 6 months.

To help you a little more understand what I would love some support and also ideation how to do things better and more efficient, here are more details about tasks required and some of the applications we use currently:

1.  MailChimp email campaign design and management
2. Data entry and maintenance of Hubspot CRM management
3. Contact database management Hubspot 24 CRM
5. Be able to transcribe audio into word documents
6. Must be familiar with Dropbox
7. Ideally an Apple user
8. Social Media fluent
9. Familiar with basic Video editing
10. LinkedIn fluent
11. Use of Schedule Once or a similar scheduling app
12. Canva design application

We are located in Boston MA and operate Monday through Friday between 9am and 6pm EST.
