Even though you’re finding me on the internet (which might have a bad reputation in your mind), I hope you can see I’ve got a real business, with real human beings as clients and customers.


1) You suit our style of remote work (our entire staff and vendor network is remote) – you’re based in the USA or Canada. – English is your first language, you’re good at written and spoken English. – you’re tech-comfortable. If you can navigate Facebook and YouTube easily, you’ve got enough internet chops to work with us. – you’ve got reliable high-speed internet connection with reliable electricity.

2) You desire to have operations systematized. We have several new projects that desperately need process development.

3) You Really Enjoy Admin Support. If you’re someone who loves to coordinate, this job might be for you. I’m looking for someone to handle our support tickets (very low volume), research vendors and freelancers for several projects (even light interviewing), post blog articles, light bookkeeping (optionally), talking with client (and Patients)and even help me coordinate a few personal tasks like scheduling contractors (e.g. lawn maintenance) and handling tedious projects, such as travel planning. I’m also hoping you’ll help create checklists (and follow them too) so we can keep quality really high on everything we do.

You like LOTS of variety and have a real desire to learn. I am an open book and will teach anything you’d like to “do” to help lighten the load. We have several different projects and businesses, so flexibility and curiousity is key. This is NOT a hum-drum, do the same olf thing everyday role (although some are looking for that). YES THIS JOB IS FLEXIBLE SO YOU CAN BE A GREAT MOM! 95%+ of your role can be done any time(s) of day, any day(s) of the week. We’ll give you a task and a deadline; when you work on it is completely up to you. This means you can be with your baby when (s) he’s awake, feed them whenever you’re called into action, and even watch your baby anytime you need to.


Timeline: starting as soon as I find someone qualified. Sooner the better, although I don’t need to rush.

30-Day Trial: we’ll start with a 30-day trial to see how it goes. If we both like the experience, we’ll carry on.

Hours: between 10-15 hours per week to begin with.

Pay: $15-20/hr.
