Assistant Saas Application Development Manager

Overview

I am seeking an intellectually curious, driven individual to help me initially develop and launch TWO new B2B SaaS application offerings, both in the sales automation / lead management segment.

These offerings will add to the many tech offerings previously developed by our team at The Franchise Builders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ideate and define new features, capabilities, and content to serve needs of B2B sales clients.
Continually research best practices, competitive offerings and market expectations.
Draft user-requirements based upon internal, customer and market inputs.
Screen, select and partner with Technology, UX, and professional service providers to define and develop SaaS products.
Participate in Agile stand-ups/scrums with geographically disperse teams to build and iterate.
Plan product/feature launches.
Represent “voice of the customer” as both products begin their roll-outs and validation.
Interact regularly with me as a co-product manager thru the process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years in product management on B2B digital solutions, or other comparable experience.
2+ years experience in a B2B sales environment.
2+ years in screening and selecting professional service vendors & freelancers.
Ability to work collaboratively with geographically dispersed teams in different time zones.
A. or B.S. degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience with Agile methodology, story mapping & user story creation, is a plus.

THIS JOB IS FLEXIBLE SO YOU CAN BE A GREAT MOM! 95%+ of your role can be done any time(s) of day, any day(s) of the week. We’ll give you a task and a deadline; when you work on it is completely up to you. This means you can be with your baby when (s) he’s awake, feed them whenever you’re called into action, and even watch your baby anytime you need to.

DETAILS:

Timeline: starting as soon as I find someone qualified. Sooner the better, although I don’t need to rush.
30-Day Trial: we’ll start with a 30-day trial to see how it goes. If we both like the experience, we’ll carry on.
Hours: between 15-20 hours per week to begin with.
Pay: $25/hr
