Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and help grow our corporate wellness business. This will involve ongoing outreach to wellness and human resource professionals, including persistent follow up, and booking sales calls for our team.

Initially this is a short term project (60 to 90 days) and could lead to a longer-term role. This is an Ideal position for a recent college graduate looking to develop outbound sales experience.  We are offering a base hourly rate plus commission.

The Outbound Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential corporate clients and persuading them of the benefits of our service. This position requires a strong work ethic, a willingness to work independently, and an enthusiasm for ‘selling to corporations.

Responsibilities:

Weekly outreach to targeted companies
Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email
Use database software to track progress with new prospects
Consistent follow-up with targeted companies via phone calls and emails
Booking of sales calls with internal sale’s team. The role could also expand to direct sales calls with potential clients.

Ideal Candidate:

· Effective communicator, both written and verbal

· Must be comfortable reaching out to prospects via email and phone.

· Results driven

· Interest in the wellness industry a plus

  • Bachelors degree preferred

We are offering a base salary plus commission.
