Immediate, part-time opening. (Based in Colorado Springs, serving clients worldwide), an established and growing Business Coaching Firm, is now accepting applications for an upbeat, warm, and driven, individual to join our team. You will be working with a helpful, practical, and engaging team of winners.

The Relationship Manager is a critical part of our team so it is important that the person we choose will be a “fit” with our commitments and shared values. ABOUT THE JOB – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Relationship Building:

Create a communication plan to stay in touch with members and prospective members
Create relationships with associations, industry partners, vendors, etc. in order to find new opportunities
Use technology to create custom videos for prospects and members
Actively identify new events, venues, and online opportunities for speaking and marketing
Participate in regular member onboarding calls
Monitor and participate in our multiple Facebook Coaching groups to provide input, encourage, and advise members
Revenue Growth:

Grow membership in our coaching programs
Increase retention of current membership
Call prospective members to discuss programs and discover our best solution to recommend
Administrative:

Track and keep up-to-date metrics and KPIs for your position
Keep up-to-date customer information and records in our CRM
Attend regular company meetings
Oversee and move all your prospects through the pipeline
Work collaboratively with small management team to create, synergize, and advance goals

REQUIREMENTS:

Specific education and experience are not necessary but must be someone who feels the pain of contractors – who knows what it’s like to be in their shoes and wants to help.
Moderate to good computer skills, ability to work virtually/remotely
Familiarity with Google suite & Zoom desired. Familiarity with Ontraport or other CRM systems highly considered.
SCHEDULE:

Virtual / Remote work from wherever you like
Part-time, typically 20-30 hours per week
Hours are flexible, but typically during US Home Improvement Contractors’ working hours
Attend scheduled virtual company meetings
COMPENSATION:

$2200-$2500 per month
Additional incentive pay for achieving goals (potentially $8000 per year)
