Sales Consultant – Remote

Washington DC’s premier outplacement, and career management firm, is currently recruiting an Inbound Sales Strategist who has a passion for helping individuals achieve breakthrough results in their career transition.

As an inbound sales strategist (or bilingual inbound sales strategist), working from the comfort of your home, you’ll take calls from prospective customers to understand their unique job search needs and challenges, and quickly and proactively recommend solutions and products to meet their needs.

There is absolutely NO cold calling in this role!

Training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will develop relationships with new clients, as follows:

Call clients who have scheduled time on your calendar to explain how working with us can accelerate our clients’ job search success.
Ensure our clients are provided with accurate product knowledge
Build and maintain client relationships through pipeline management
Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
Uncover client’s needs and present an accurate high-level overview of our value proposition
Listen to unique business problems and communicate easily understood solutions
Develop and maintain deep expertise of products and services offered and the value they bring to our clients
Provide personalized support that aligns with our company brand and voice
Follow up with customers to further educate and solidify their plan for career services
Possess resiliency and ability to win over prospective client’s despite setbacks or rejections
Ability and interest in creating a sales process/protocol that works
Update CRM with the status of prospective clients, and follow up when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

Associates degree preferred, but not required
1-3 years experience in client-facing roles, preferred
Consistent track record of quota achievement
Consultative sales experience
Willingness to take a personality assessment and learn a new sales approach
Self-starter who takes initiative and works with limited direction
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple applications
Interest in the field of coaching, careers, or small business development

Pay

In this role, you’ll make a fixed rate per call (approximately $10 for a 15-minute to 60-minute call) + performance bonus (commission) on every sale. Sales consultants can make up to $25K a year in just 10 hours a week. Great part-time, side hustle job potential.

Hours

This is a contract-to-perm part-time role (approximately 5-10/hrs. a week, with the potential for more hours).
