Personal Injury Law Firm Seeking a Bilingual LEGAL ASSISTANT/MEDICAL COORDINATOR with 2-5 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills. Must be a strong communicator, verbal as well as written. Attention to detail and accuracy in all areas is critical.
Responsibilities Include ( but not limited to) :
* Communication with clients
*Ordering and Reviewing Medical Records
* Drafting Letters
* Collaborating and Supporting Attorneys Administratively
* Primary Assistant to Pre-Litigation Manager
**Bilingual (Spanish) ** REQUIRED
HOURS: 30+
Standard Business Hours 8:30-5:30 CST
Salary = $20-$30 per hour
Experience as a Paralegal and or Pre-Litigation Experience is a plus
EDUCATION :
High School or Equivalent *
AA Degree, Paralegal Cert Preferred
