Overview
Terrafirm Investments is seeking a highly motivated Land Acquisition Coordinator to join their team and grow with them. This position will require a integrator who is self-motivated. There is a system in place, which you will be taught. You will be compensated for being motivated! Some of the duties included are:
– Going through leads
– Developing relationships
– Evaluating properties
– Investigate land deals & conduct due diligence to determine eligibility for land acquisition
– Prepare financial reports including pricing, land analysis and market research
– Acquire negation skills for negotiating land acquisition contracts
Qualifications:
– Possess knowledge of Real Estate concepts
– Possess knowledge of Land concepts
– Front facing customer experience
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Ability to be accountable to lead until expired
– Highly organized and excellent communication
Full time position
1099
$15/ hr plus $200 commission per deal (average 5-10 deals per month
