I am looking for an executive assistant to work with me 10-15 hours a week (with the potential to grow to 20-25 hours/week later this year).


We are a rapidly growing commercial real estate investment firm and we would love to have you on our team!


Candidates should have the following skills / qualifications:

  • Ability to read and write english fluently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be proficient in basic computer skills such as GMail, Google Calendar, LinkedIn, Facebook, Calendly
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Is a self starter and self motivated
  • Ability to utilize LastPass to sign into websites
  • Optional bonus:
    • Proficient in ActiveCampaign
    • Experience in commercial real estate
    • Ability to setup and maintain a website
    • Experience with Canva


Example tasks that the candidate will work on:


  • Replying to incoming client questions and requests via email and LinkedIn
  • Data entry into ActiveCampaign and quality control
  • Comment on LinkedIn posts in my style/voice
  • Utilize templates to send follow up communication to customers
  • Create basic graphics utilizing existing templates in Canva
  • Set up Zoom webinars via a pre-existing template
  • Schedule posts on LinkedIn
