Are you a fun, creative experimenter who focuses on results and impact?

We need a self-starter to be our go-to content curator and publisher. We are a small firm focused on executive coaching, team coaching, training, and thought leadership in change management. We work with small business clients in Indianapolis and across the Midwest and East Coast.

While small, we have the processes of a multi-million dollar business and now need a digital marketing coordinator to keep us top-of-mind for our Gen X decision-makers.

I’m looking for an individual for a 3-month pilot for our work together who hopefully will want to work together long term and continue growing as the company grows. The right person will be fun, fast-paced, creative, and open to experimenting until we find what works.

The work ebbs and flows throughout the year, so someone looking for flexibility AND who loves (reasonable) deadlines will love this job. Right now I’m estimating 20 hours per month but we can reconfigure the more successful you and the business are.

During our 3-month pilot, you’ll focus on:

·       File organization

·       Data transition from former CRM into a new one and update process manual

·       Edit marketing copy and craft social media copy

·       Schedule social media posts, newsletters, and videos using a templated process

·       Build a content calendar and schedule posts to meet engagement goals

·       Coordinate with podcast guests for episode collateral delivery

Assuming we have a great relationship and continue working together, your primary projects will be to:

·       Edit marketing copy and craft social media copy

·       Schedule social media posts, newsletters, and videos using a templated process

·       Build a content calendar and schedule posts to meet engagement goals

·       Update marketing material and collateral

·       Coordinate file delivery and publication of the Hot Mess Hotline podcast with the podcast producer

·       Coordinate with podcast guests for episode collateral delivery

·       Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring success

Qualifications

You’ll need prior experience in digital marketing and marketing automation, and ideally in a B2B company, human resources, professional services/consulting, or other related work. The more you love self-help books, the more you’ll love this job. Any SEO experience you have would be gravy on the biscuits (or icing on the cake for those who like sweets!), but not necessary.
