My business is expanding and I’m excited to add a Virtual Assistant/Social Media Manager to the team! I am looking for a strong, ambitious candidate who can help me stay organized, manage my social media, continue to grow, and has a passion for social impact and financial education for women. I’m a busy mom of 5 working on my third business and have big plans for 2021!
This role will start out at approximately 5 hours/week with the opportunity to grow as the business grows. You will work with me directly on research, social media, calendaring, and customer service. The position is fully remote so you can do it from the comfort of your home or on a beach in the Caribbean! As a bonus, I’m happy to mentor you on your own financial education and real estate investing.
Job duties include:
– Research podcasts and secure guest spots
– Execute biweekly newsletter by researching news articles, curating blog posts, creating featured images, and testing links
– Maintain engagement in Facebook group and help it grow
– Create FB and IG posts and post regularly (Hootsuite)
– Maintain investor flow through the system, follow up with interested investors, ensure smooth transitions
– Maintain CRM (Active Campaign)
– Various admin duties including research on topics, calendar management (Calendly), travel, etc.
