Placing orders in our custom system swiftly and accurately, tracking orders to make sure the vendors got them. Confirming we are good to move forward-that all the details are accurate. Sending proofs to clients to approve, tracking the orders until they deliver and letting our fabulous clients know they have arrived.
Our team will send orders to you that they sold and then you take it over from there! We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, can multi-task very well, is articulate and warm (as you will be working closely with clients and team members) and one who thrives while being a critical thinker-working out any bumps along the way in the process. If an item is out of stock, anticipating our next step when needed. We are a positive, fun boutique type of promotional products solution provider and “We Creative Happiness!” Who does not like getting a gift for free?! We always come up with solutions that WOW our end users so looking for someone who would like to grow with our successful company.
Location is Parsippany, NJ and conveniently located by 287, 202 and Rt. 80.
