Overview
A fully independent and capable individual needed for assisting the owner of a small business to operate and to grow. The main areas of work will be in realty investment and construction. Individual who is interested in realty investment and development is highly desired.
At this point, a 10-15 hours part-time assistant needed. A great potential to be a full time if the business grows.
For starting out, you are essentially a project manager for 2-3 property renovation projects. you will be working with architect, renovation crew, city regulatory bodies, and so on to turn an ugly duck to a swan.
Qualifications
Able to manage and overseer multiple projects, background in project management Computer literate, being able to master Microsoft Office or Apple System Be trustworthy and full of integrity Have helper’s and assistant’s heart and mind Be adaptable and flexible in wearing several hats Job requirements: Available work a 2-3 hours 2 mornings in person (Mondays and Thursdays, can be flexible); and then flexible hours up to your schedule at home; some local travel required to visit work sites and regulation bodies, such as department of zoning and building. Have reliable transportation and lives in Columbus Ohio Metro area
