Overview

**Please note: Hybrid position. **

Accounts payable, payroll, account reconciliation etc. Some other possibilities such as scheduling/dispatch and so on. We are a small business and I need to focus on more of the business operations and less on administrative stuff as the owner. We do have a small office space where it would be intended that at least a day or maybe two a week would be onsite and the rest can be remote. This would be to enable scanning in invoices etc.

About

We do construction focusing on the ground down. Generally excavation with a few other small projects mixed in and focusing on municipal and larger commercial and private work such as subdivisions and so on.

Qualifications

If you have familiarity with Computer Ease accounting software it would be helpful but not a must.
