We need a strong, independent thinker who will help Number 1 and Number 2 at our company see projects to completion. ASAP. This position is in Phoenix, AZ 85044 and will be 50% in office and 50% remote.

What you will be doing:

Strategic planning: Working with executives to prioritize business tasks and see them through completion.

Time management: Keeping our two executives on track and coordinating them effectively via scheduling their calls and meetings.

Organizational tasks: identifying ways to make the daily flow more focused, efficient and effective.

Problem-solving: identifying core issues within business processes and projects and finding solutions to bottlenecks.

Administrative tasks: being the right hand to our two executives.

Non-Negotiables:

-Must have experience of 3+ years in high pressure environment doing high-level thinking administrative tasks.
