Operations Manager Position

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an Operations Manager passionate about equity and systemic change, who will function as the point person in charge of project management and administration to help design and manage processes. This role is responsible for helping multiple stakeholders, including community partners and corporate energy purchasers locate and purchase Social RECs and facilitate Community Benefit Agreements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the day-to-day relationships and identify various pathways to increase efficiencies of processes and value of deliverables
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Establish and maintain relationships with third party stakeholders
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Assist in the development of community benefit agreements, policies, the application process, and administration of funds to community organizations and projects
Assist in the design of community engagement infrastructure, including building and maintaining our technology platform with vendor partners
Identify strategic partners and programs aligned with our priority areas of impact.
Continuously build domain expertise in STEM/STEAM, healthcare, and the environment, energy, and equity
Establish and own day-to-day community partner relationships, communications, and program management
Responsible for the ownership, registration and transfer of renewable energy credits on respective REC Registries for Community Partners
Ensure Community Partners understand and agree to REC requirements
Independently evolve Community Impact programs, challenge ideas, and recommend continuous improvement
Assist with community partner profiles, dashboards and data reporting, including solar and impact data
Maintain a strong working relationship with community partners and partner organizations
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budget and forecasting process
Proactively source partner content and contribute to the communications plan and channels
Support evolution and implementation of the strategic plan
Present on strategy and programs fluently, customizing content for various internal and external audiences
Develop industry and community relationships to build bench strength and identify new opportunities
Manage, train and oversee associates and interns, as well as additional staff
Assist with tracking of key performance indicators
Draft communications, proposals, and marketing materials
Interact with senior leadership across a wide spectrum of industries
