We are looking for a US-based Social Media Executive Assistant + Customer Support to support our amazing clients and company as a whole. We are looking for someone who is responsive, compassionate, dedicated, and professional.

This is a virtual, employment position.

We are looking for someone who is a hard worker, looking for a long term position, and available during 8-5 M-F as well as open to some weekend work. We support online companies and sometimes weekend work is required.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices as well as amazing administrative skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing high-level administrative assistance for our clients.
Writing and editing emails and other marketing materials.
Managing client’s busy support inbox and chat box and making them feel well taken care of.
Manage and Execute Content Calendar. Ensure all blog posts and newsletters are written and sent on time.
Podcast Coordination. Communicate with Guests/Potential Guests.
Support Client’s with various marketing and administrative tasks as needed.
Project management as needed to keep track of projects and keep clients on track
Manage Program FaceBook Groups. Act as administrator and be responsible for overall support
Develop, implement and manage our clients social media strategy
Manage and oversee social media content
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Create content and images for social media campaigns

We are an online marketing and business services virtual support team looking to add to our team. We are seeking a GO-GETTER with strong social media skills as well as customer service skills as you will also be speaking professionally to clients via phone and zoom.

Qualifications

You have 2+ years in a high-level administrative and/or customer support role. You have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. You have managed a busy executive’s and/or content calendar. You understand online technology and are well versed in Google Suite, Asana/Clickup, Slack, Zoom, Acuity Scheduling, WordPress, Infusionsoft (or similar programs like Ontraport, Kartra, ConvertKit). You have a passion for helping others. Strong social media skills and understanding in LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram and Facebook.
