Overview

Our team is growing and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our remote team of lawyers. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be assigned various administrative tasks, including managing emails, invoicing clients, social media support, project management and maintaining/organizing online files.

In this role you’ll need to be able to handle multiple administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. You should have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively and be a team player.

This is a part-time, freelance, position that requires you to be available during set hours Monday through Friday (approx. 10-20 hours per week).

Responsibilities include:

  • Basic bookkeeping including monthly client invoicing
  • Utilize and help administer company’s project management, time management and other team tools
  • Compose, reply to and organize emails
  • Maintain and organize online files
  • Prepare presentations and other materials (with direction from the team)
  • Organize meetings, travel, and accommodations
  • Social media post creation and posting/scheduling
  • Organize online events such as webinars hosted by the team
  • Provide general admin support to the team
  • Research and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree 2-4 Years proven experience in a virtual administrative role or a similar fully remote position Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills Solid experience with Microsoft’s suite of tools including Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and Teams Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling Familiarity with current technologies including Project Management and Time Management tools Bonus: Experience working with a in house legal team or law firm, experience setting up and maintaining ClickUp, copywriting skills
