Pay Range: $4000 per month

The Sistahbiz Global Network manages a series of programs and events designed to help black women in business scale. We are searching for a talented and professional Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will create, curate, schedule and monitor content in our sales funnels. The candidate must possess superb written and verbal communication skills, and have in-depth knowledge of online marketing processes and trends.

– Write, edit, batch and schedule blog, social media, and email newsletter content.
– Retrieve content from other staff or contributors with strict attention to deadlines.
– Consistently use thorough and effective proofreading and editing processes.
– Monitor and implement the social media and website traffic strategy and goals.
– Ensure that all content meets the organization’s brand identity guidelines.
– Setup and monitor marketing sequences and funnels.
– Monitor and report out on all marketing metrics website, email, and social media platform data analytics weekly.

- Possess a solid understanding of effective sales funnel and marketing techniques. - Must have excellent writing and editing skills. - Be able to communicate clearly and effectively. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Working knowledge of G-Suite, Canva and Social Pilot - Ability to use very structured process and project management systems - Strong time-management and organizational skills. - Extremely detail-oriented - Can work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
