Sad Reality: People are overwhelmed by all the confusing information out there about DIY natural products and essential oils.

Opportunity: We can help people unlock the magic of essential oils and natural ingredients while turning their natural ingredients into soaps, candles, bath products, & MORE!

What Success Looks Like for This Position

• Learning all the aspects of digital marketing for ecommerce product lines.
• Obsessed over targets and working with a team to hit them through digital marketing

Responsibilities:

• Working with teams on product offers to look at the data and find ways to sell a product through digital means profitably.
• Teaching the team how to make sales so that people are working in the same direction.
• Optional: Driving B2B sales through following up with hot leads interested in bulk purchasing of our products

Qualifications Bonus:

Teaching background is preferred. We have a large team and we want to find someone who can learn a skill, then turn around and teach it to people simply to get everyone on the same page
