We are looking for a candidate who would be interested in assisting our team with customer service, and social media duties.
Our ideal team member is someone who can adhere to our company’s values while providing a personal touch for an unforgettable customer experience. As the Customer Service & Social Media Support, you will be responsible for answering customer questions about lawn care-related subjects through email, messenger apps, social media, telephone, and other methods for communication. The successful candidate will be able to take a lawn care course (paid for by the company) to research and retain factual and scientific knowledge in order to answer questions while successfully providing a unique and friendly customer experience.
Work closely with team members on any projects that may require customer interaction.
Develop monthly reports on emerging customer service trends that will be submitted to management.
Respond to customers’ phone calls, emails, or messages in a timely fashion.
Navigate and work within the FreshDesk platform to handle customer queries, complaints, etc.
Communicate with customers, process returns, create shipments through Amazon platform.
Communicate with customers through social media apps such as Facebook & Instagram messages.
Respond to social media comments that are technical in nature.
Assist our social media manager in creating written content for posts.
Work with the marketing department to implement creative ideas for social media posts, and activities to promote a larger following and engagement.

Job Type: 8-4 pm This job requires the individual to be flexible in their availability and may require off-hours such as evenings, weekends, and/or early morning.
