Looking for Help on ongoing basis for the Right Person to help with Vacant Land Investing and Selling Business.

Job Description:

– Make Business Owned Property Ads for Business Website, Social Media (FB, Craigslist, etc) and Relevant Land Seller Websites (Ad Copy and Relevant Property and Related Selling Pictures)

– Post these Ads on Different Paid and Unpaid (free) Selling Platforms (eg. Lands of America, Zillow, FB, and Craigslist)

– Respond to Leads on all Platforms and be Integral Part of Business Team to drive interested Leads to Appropriate Landing pages to capture Contact Details and Build CRM Base.

Candidate Qualities Required:

The Right Person has to be a Go Getter, a Fast Learner and doesn’t require Much Hand Holding with Attention to Deal a MUST. Pleasant and Personable for Responding to Sales Potential Leads. We will Train and Give Examples of Documents and Postings required for each platform and Type of Responses to Leads with Scripts and Video Chat Educational Sessions. High Speed Internet is a Must for this JOB.

The Right Individual will grow with Us as a Business so that as the Business Grows, so can they and take Advantage of Growth Opportunities to Managerial positions. Work Times are flexible BUT the Right person must be extremely knowledgeable and comfortable with Computers and Data Management in Cloud Computing (for example Google Drive). Experience in Word and Excel is Mandatory.
