Overview

Love what you do. It’s a core value that drives our business. Plus, we’re pretty fun.

We also believe people do their best work where they feel most comfortable so the work location of this position is flexible. However, the position may not be performed remotely from Colorado, California, Florida, Connecticut, or Washington and the candidate must be eligible to work inside the United States.

We are looking to continue our mission of being the safest place to shop on Earth and provide more opportunities for consumers to save money.   To help facilitate this growth, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team.  In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating a pipeline of best-in-class talent through innovative outreach methods. You will work to reduce the time it takes to fill each position while continually striving to improve the satisfaction of your hiring managers.

We want you if you love…
Owning things! Own the recruiting cycle from end to end, spanning all areas and disciplines. We want to try new things and you’ll have our support.
Technical and Non-Technical Recruiting!  While our engineering, data, and product teams are growing, our sales, editorial, and marketing teams will need support, too.
Uncovering hidden gems!  Try out those Boolean string searches, we know you want to…
Connecting! Identify candidates, conduct thorough sourcing, screenings, assess candidate skills & interests, coordinate interviews all while keeping the hiring manager engaged with the process.
Growing People!  Our internship program is an award-winning cross-departmental initiative and typically yields full-time hires but also provides invaluable experience to junior talent in the community and impacts our organization’s broader coaching and mentoring goals.
Data!  You can’t get enough of it and by being data-informed you can help influence key stakeholders, establish credibility and get candidates through the recruiting journey efficiently and effectively.
Diversity & Inclusion!  You strive to ensure that our open roles are posted and resonating with the widest audience possible and help positively impact our DEI goals.
Learning new things!  We are a small team and there will be times where you may be asked to jump in to assist with other engagement, learning & development, or well-being programs.
To be an ambassador! Our employees truly love what they do and the culture that has been created, we want you to feel the same. Promote our reputation as a great place to work – not only from the awards we’ve won but from experiencing the day-to-day.

Who you are…
You have at least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, which includes at least 2 years of professional, technical, or ownership of high-volume recruiting.
You like to work at home, have the option for a hybrid office set-up or you want to be in an office full-time (we offer all 3 options).
You will not be bored, so you should have experience working in a role where multiple projects and competing demands are the norms. We work to live (we don’t live to work).
You like working cross-functionally with stakeholders to develop up-to-date recruitment strategies to hire quality candidates in order to meet the staffing needs of the assigned departments.
You are driven and like to have support, but don’t require hand-holding.
You are a strong communicator with stakeholders, candidates, executives, and the broader HR team.
You are a team player.  As previously stated, our team is small but mighty and wants to ensure we provide best-in-class work to our team, so are ok asking for and offering help.
Bonus: You have experience with Lever and Talent Wall.

We are committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals. Through this, we want to ensure that all people with disabilities are provided with reasonable accommodations. Candidates that are differently abled will not be discriminated against throughout the application, interviewing, or hiring process. Reasonable accommodations are needed in order to complete the hiring process, essential job functions, and/or to receive other privileges or benefits of employment will be addressed during the recruitment process. For this position, the worker is required to have the following:
Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
Hearing: Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction, and having the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and making fine discriminations in sound.
Talking: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word; those activities where detailed or important spoken instructions must be conveyed to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.
Use of Fingers: Picking, pinching, typing, or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand or arm as in handling.
