Personal Assistant or Virtual Assistant – part-time remote
Are you detail oriented and organized and a great communicator? If so, maybe we would be a good fit!
I am a small business owner and mom of two amazing daughters. I need help scheduling and organizing my week. I see 5-10 clients a week, plus co-run two coaching groups and also have 3-5 sales calls a week. I need help managing this and also to have support in checking my personal calendar to make sure everything works together.
I would like someone to not only take control of the scheduling, but be a partner in creating a schedule. I will also need help scheduling zooms. On Mondays I would like for this person to summarize the week and send me an email detailing it. We will also have one weekly meeting to chat through changes.
I am looking for someone who is responsible, organized, pro-active, has natural attention to detail, wants to be a help to me and is willing to be in it for the long run (someone to grow with).
Depending on time constraints, I may also need help with social media and document creation. But this would only be after we have successfully created a rhythm with the scheduling.

Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, professional email ability, responsible and dependable, can-do attitude, familiarity with Zoom, Google Drive, Mircrosoft Word and comfort with technology
