A multimillion-dollar, family-owned, fast-growing shade structures company located in Miami, Florida is seeking an HR Recruiter Specialist to be part of continued growth! We design and install custom, sophisticated shade structures primarily in the hospitality, commercial and high-end residential markets throughout the US and Caribbean. We believe everyone should Live Outdoors and Stay Shaded!
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates whose talents are aligned with our company goals. Then report the best candidates to the CEO and do a second interview together.
We are in urgent need to hire a few key personnel for our office and need your help to do so!
