Land real estate business in need of a driven sales agent with sales experience
– handle daily phone and email leads, engage potential customers, and address property-related inquiries.
– seeking candidates who possess sales acumen, along with qualities like being quick learners, well-organized, responsible, personable, and energetic.
– part-time role, requiring daily commitment, approximately 5-10 hrs a week, focusing primarily on lead management within our CRM,
– promptly responding to emails in FollowUp Boss, scheduling appointments, and engaging in property discussions with potential buyers.
– Generate Leads in Facebook Marketplace
– Our software toolkit includes Slack, Follow Up Boss, Clickup, and Airtable.

Our primary aim is to streamline our processes and ensure that every lead receives the attention they deserve. We offer training in software usage and standard procedures through recorded video sessions.

Typical Day:
– M-F: 830am-930am PST and 130-230pm PST. Do call backs, emails, text msgs.  100x ‘Touches’ a day, 5 people on the phone.
– 2 weeks of training with us. Then you’re off!
– Report back daily your work touches.
– We can do fixed hourly pay it the commission pick ups.

Requirements:
– No Accent.  Must be fluent in English
– must have 100% internet uptime.
– must have cold calling, sales, and closing experience.
– must be able to respond back within 30minutes of all leads during PST 8-5hrs.
– clickup, CRM, and Follow UP Boss experience nice to have.
