Virtual Assistant

Overview

We are looking for assistance with launching a new business in the field of counseling and spirituality. If you are familiar with the coaching industry the Virtual Assistant assignments will be essentially the same. We are currently setting up a “round table” and in need of a liaison to assist with contacting and following up with interviewees. There is also a need for managing social media, customer service (emails), scheduling, graphic design, advertisements, assisting with organizing (calendar, files, contacts, etc.) and potentially much more. The immediate project is to assist with most aspects of launching the round table (contacting approximately 30 leads in the field and setting up an interview series with approximately 5 people, including assistance with creating the marketing). As the business grows there will be more duties and assignments. We are open to just assistance throughout the round table, but ideally looking for someone to become an integral team member with opportunities and compensation to grow as the business grows. Completely virtual, but open to assistance with in-person retreats and meetings; we’re based in California.
