MUSTS

Detail-Oriented Community Manager: Build relationships and make everyone’s day brighter by sharing coffee and supporting customers

  • Affiliates: Find and reach out to potential affiliate partners, help them get set up on our platform, support and communicate with our affiliates
  • Customers: delight customers by responding to customers request for support in a joyful, empathetic, solution-oriented manner
  • Influencers: Identify potential relationships with influencers, brands, groups, etc. Reach out to initiate relationships, send coffee and follow up

Marketing & Operations

  • Website: make minor changes to product pages, blog, etc. (no coding required)
  • Curate: curate reviews and UGC to share and highlight
  • Research: Topics could involve competitor research, marketing tactics, cost-saving opportunities, potential partners, etc.
  • Platforms: Help us get established on various coffee and wholesale platforms. Ensure orders from all platforms hit our store
  • Support CEO: Partner with CEO to get things done. We are a fast-growing company; your and excitement to learn, try new things, and jump in where needed is appreciated

Potential to be Broad Marketing Enthusiast: Jump in and contribute to a broad range of marketing activities

  • Social Media: create content for our IG account, engage with followers and new accounts, growing number of followers and engagement
  • Content development: write and curate content for our regular customer newsletters and blog
  • PR: identify potential media outlets, develop pitches and reach out
  • Sales: Opportunity to earn commission if interested in taking on a partial sales role. If interested in this, indicate in your application

Qualifications

This role is for you if -You are excited to apply your experience to grow an early-stage, fast-paced start up --Must have excellent, well-rounded communication skills (oral, written, interpersonal) --Strong organizational skills and ability to stay on top of lots of details --Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines --Bonus, but not required: ---Experience or studies in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or business is a bonus ---Passion and knowledge of coffee or previous experience with CPG or food and beverage You bring your enthusiasm, joy and skills to work -Demonstrate passion for storytelling and are an evangelist for the ideas and products you love -You welcome feedback, coaching and guidance to continue growing and improving -As a lifelong learner, you are resourceful and creative in figuring out how to do things. You are willing to give something your best, learn from it and iterate to do even better the next time -Enjoy autonomy and ownership over your work and are also a highly collaborative team player You have experience with relevant programs and software platforms -Must Know: Gmail, Google Docs, Excel and PowerPoint -Comfortable With: social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) -Nice to Have or Excited to Learn: Shopify, Canva, Klaviyo and other tools we use
