Client Care Coordinator for Mental Health and Wellness Practice

Fully Remote
Part-time/Contractor 1099 Position
20 hours per week; 10am-3pm EST with an unpaid lunch hour; timing of the daily 4 fixed hours may be somewhat flexible for the right candidate. Need to start ASAP.
Large group therapy practice in the NYC/NJ area with two locations seeing clients in person and virtually.
Responsibilities of the Client Care Coordinator include:
- Returning intake calls and emails for new clients
- Verifying insurance benefits and sharing information with new clients
- Matching the client to the appropriate therapist and scheduling the first session
- Sending intake paperwork and making sure it is completed
- Entering conversion data into metrics system, generating and sending reports
- Systems used: Simple Practice, Streak, Phone.com, Google Workspace, HelloSign
- Entering weekly sessions into a Dashboard
- Other administrative support tasks
$20-22/hour to start with a performance-based increase in 3 months. This position is planned as temporary for 6-12 months. When this contract ends, other client options will be presented to the successful candidate to continue working as a mental health virtual assistant.
