Main job tasks:

  • Assist with investor relations by interfacing with them directly via email and phone throughout the capital raising process
  • Customer data tracking process
  • Onboarding new investors into the tracking portal
  • Tracking their progress throughout signing and encouraging/reminding them to take the next step
  • Checking the progress of bank wires as they come in
  • Act as administrative support and participant management on quarterly investor web meetings
  • Assist with quarterly profit distributions to each investor
  • Reaching out to confirm banking details are correct
  • Validate that the distribution amounts are correct
  • Troubleshoot investor questions and concerns
  • Interface with bookkeeping to ensure the distribution numbers are accurate
  • 20-30 hours per week

Skills and qualities:

  • Excellent English language skills both written and spoken
  • Microsoft Office. Particularly Excel and Powerpoint
  • Personable, assertive, and customer service oriented
  • Highly organized with an attention to detail, particularly with numbers
  • Must have high-speed internet with the ability to do 1on1 zoom calls
