Client Account Manager Needed — looking to hire immediately!

Position is WFH, Part Time and Flexible ($2,000 per month, with the opportunity to grow).

About us: We are a digital marketing company for roofers. Our growing team is 100% virtual and based worldwide.

We are looking for a go-getter personality who knows how to handle people, especially those with egos (owners and executives of roofing companies).

Ideally, we are looking for a great communicator who excels at:

– Building strong relationships effortlessly and keeping in close touch
– Problem solving / conflict resolution
– Tactfully handling situations (such as notifying about overdue payments)
– Talking on the phone / zoom
– Learns extremely fast

Responsibilities of this position are:

– Building rapport with new clients trialing our program
-Onboarding new clients / training them in our systems
– Communicating updates and changes to clients
– Dissolving issues that arise and reporting status
– Collecting On Late Accounts with our billing team
– Can follow processes and procedures, and can understand tech / softwares
– Proactively managing relationships and suggesting ideas that reduce issues and increase retention
– Schedule is flexible, and based on the needs of clients. The only requirement for time is our daily team huddle at 10am EST.
