We are the only one-stop service for furniture transformation. We’re revolutionizing the furniture reupholstery and refinishing market by combining online tools with old-world craftsmanship to make it effortless to transform old furniture into unique, stylish “new” pieces our customers want to keep in their homes…and keep out of landfill.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • You are exceptionally proactive, outgoing, engaging, and persuasive
  • You’re an effective listener and quickly connect the dots between client needs and our service solutions
  • You are a solid writer and a natural on the phone
  • You count prioritization, time management, and organization as your top skills
  • You’ve logged at least 2 years in retail sales, account management or customer service experience with a demonstrated record of success
  • You are extremely comfortable working with G-Drive, Asana, Slack, and a quick study when learning new tech applications
  • You want to get in on the ground floor of a rapidly growing business and believe your dynamic sales and customer service skills are best suited for a start-up environment

BONUS QUALITIES

  • You’ve worked in interior design, furniture, textile, or related industry
  • You’re familiar with CRM systems

THE POSITION

In this role you will:

  • Interact with customers on all aspects of the revitalization process and ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Field incoming project requests from private and interior design customers and generate detailed project estimates
  • Answer all incoming leads with the goal of driving our ambitious sales goals
  • Be a brand champion by becoming intimately familiar with our service offering and educational content
  • Utilize a user-friendly CRM system to maintain detail-oriented, well-organized, up-to-date, and accurate records and activity reports
  • Collaborate directly with our Founder and Project Management Team
    Thrive in an environment where your success is measured by how effectively you drive leads through the sales pipeline

This is a part-time position that can evolve into a full-time position as our project volume grows. To start, we estimate ~25 hours per week. Hourly compensation commensurate with experience, bonus / variable compensation based on well defined targets. You’ll have the flexibility to create your own schedule (within general business hours) and work from home. We offer tremendous room for learning and growth.
