Our growing recruiting company is looking for a Recruitment Specialist. Our passion is to help our clients grow by managing their whole hiring process, as well as finding direct hires when needed.

We are looking for a Part time Recruiter to join our team.

You will be responsible for managing the hiring process for multiple clients, as well as finding direct hires. You will be responsible for finding efficiencies in the process and executing business objectives according to set goals and metrics.

What You’ll Do:
Work on accomplishing recruiting goals for multiple clients
Project manage hiring process of multiple clients
Generate leads for new B2B client development
Recruit and interview candidates for various roles
Prospect/hunt for candidates using various prospecting tools online: Indeed, LinkedIn, others
Be creative at finding the right candidates for our clients
Pay attention to detail of various projects and be a center point of communication between the recruiting team and client
Leverage current ATS for finding the right candidates
Report on metrics/KPIs
Have positive energy, be curious and have a can-do attitude.

You’ll Need
2 years+ of recruiting agency experience
1 year of managing multiple recruiting projects at once
1+ years of B2B sales experience
Experience with ATS system
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience working with Google Suite
