Contact businesses by telephone to qualify sales leads generated from our clients’ website, direct Marketing campaigns and a variety of other Marketing-related lead sources.
Make direct outbound calls to targeted lists of prospects to arrange meetings for our clients.
Deliver sales messages to the people [e.g. senior level executive, business owners, etc.] who will influence or make the buying decisions.
Explain our clients’ products or services to prospective and existing customers.
Obtain relevant customer information along with background information and enter leads into Salesforce.com, HubSpot, or ACT! CRM.
Adjust and improve phone scripts to better engage with prospects and target the needs and interests of individuals.
Nurture and manage leads in the Salesforce.com, HubSpot, or ACT! CRM to follow through with contacts during their consideration and buying process and those with future interest in our clients’ solutions.
Work closely with clients to transition qualified leads into the sales process.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree. 5+ years of appointment setting and/or inside sales and/or outside sales experience. Knowledge of Salesforce.com, HubSpot, ACT! or other CRM is required. Excellent customer service and communication skills are a prerequisite for the job. The successful candidate will also have an aptitude for learning and using business software programs. Must be self-motivated and able to work remotely.
