Client Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Client Manager to join our team of experts providing high-level operational and administrative support to multiple clients on a part-time, long-term basis. Because of the nature of the position, the person best suited for this role will not currently be serving their own clients or have the additional responsibility of running their own business.

Our clients are forward-thinking entrepreneurs and business owners who have entrusted us with their daily operations and back-office support duties. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing operational and administrative support services. There will be various tasks and projects that require you to work at the highest level of quality with integrity and leadership. This position requires you to serve as the client’s indispensable partner and function as a member of both their team and ours. It is important that you represent us in a positive and professional manner while always exemplifying our core values and mission. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project management – including developing workflows, utilizing time management skills, and adhering to detailed task reporting
On-time project and goal completion
Complex personal and professional executive calendar management & travel management
Research – this may include research on events, travel, projects, technologies, etc.
Telephone calls on behalf of the client as required
Proactively manage daily business operations
Forecast expectations, needs, and tasks for optimal business performance
Provide continuous, clear communication about task status, needs, and questions to our clients and team
Create structure, workflow, and processes for core projects & responsibilities
Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent client service
Meeting planning and coordination

EXAMPLES OF TYPICAL TASKS:

Manage onboarding and contractual obligations for clients’ customers
Communicate professionally on behalf of clients
Maintain and create database or CRM
Direct resources to appropriate and efficient areas of operations
Manage relationships with vendors and other team members to accomplish goals
Develop and document frameworks and workflows for processes and projects
Implement a business development structure and monitor client’s effectiveness
Manage inbox and draft internal and external communications on behalf of the client while maintaining privacy and confidentiality

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of professional work experience in business administration, operations, and/or project management
Some college required, bachelor’s degree a plus
Available to work Monday – Friday during standard business hours
Able to commit for a minimum of 1 year
Must be able to work 20-25 hours per week; part-time employment position

Must live and work in the United States
Able to pass background and reference checks
