Reface & Custom Cabinets specializes in solid hardwood cabinet refacing and new custom cabinets in the Atlanta area. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team and help us grow! Our company has a great reputation for delivering high quality refacing projects in a major Metro area, with and without the inclusion of our own custom-built cabinetry. We want to keep doing what we have been doing AND grow revenue by providing new full replacement cabinetry from standard cabinet manufacturers. In addition to our reputation for high quality work we have a good designer to bring to the table, great installers, strong project management, good credit, an open account with a full line cabinet distributor, and excellent sales skills. What we are missing is a stream of high-quality leads for new full cabinet replacement jobs.
The ideal candidate should be well-versed with social media management and its tools, have strong research skills, are well organized and have a meticulous attention to detail.

– Assist the web developer in driving the process of creation of new pages with photos, marketing and copy as well as updating the website with relevant photos and copy.
– Managing existing platforms and expanding into new platforms.
– Manage audience engagement and reviews.
– Build and grow brand awareness, while creating a positive online reputation.
– Create content that focuses on increasing proper audience engagement.
– Create new ideas and concepts for media content.
There are several aspects to accomplish:
Work with our existing contract web designer to finish the next revision of our web page which is intended to highlight the new cabinet offering by adding pages in parallel to what we have now to not affect the native search, which is working very well. The updated website is largely complete and needs to have some copy written and be pushed along. Maybe pick some new photos. We have a large library of beautiful jobs we have done over the last 10 years so there is no shortage of photos.
After the in-process website is published, come up with a plan to improve on the website for the next version.
Make regular postings on our Facebook page, and come up with a targeted ad plan for Facebook to reach our demographic. We tried this in the past without much success, but it has been at least 2 years since we stopped that ad program as ineffective because the demographic targeting did not work as it was supposed to.
Come up with a plan to work with other online resources to improve our reach to target demographic. We are currently using Home Advisor, do not want anything to do with Yelp, and got away from Angie’s List a couple of years ago. Our AdWords program is more geared towards our main refacing business and is currently halted because we have as much work as we can handle on the refacing/shop-built cabinets side, due to limitations in our supply chain. Other than not Yelp we are open to anything which will pay for itself by generating new business.
