Redefining Strength is seeking sales professionals to help clients take action on their fitness journey. Your role will be speaking with qualified warm leads on the phone (NO COLD CALLING) to sell fitness packages priced $1500-$2700+. Whether clients are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, look better or feel better, you’ll take calls with qualified leads who have applied to the program, shown interest in Redefining Strength products or those who have previously purchased programs.

Compensation: $15 per call plus commission (on average $200/close). You fully control your own schedule (days and hours).

Full-time option with benefits available after the first 90 days.

Qualifications

● Prior phone sales experience preferred but a GREAT personality and communication skills is more important ● You must be coachable - Be open & willing to learn new and different sales techniques and methods ● You must be a fast learner: be able to apply what you learn in real-time to get results ● You must be passionate about fitness ● You must be an effective communicator on the phone: Be an active listener, have clear verbal communication, and have the ability to guide clients with confidence ● Take Inbound phone calls with qualified leads to guide them to private coaching. ● Use of text, and phone communications to drive sales ● Follow proven methods for helping prospects discuss their goals and purchase the products that will help them achieve their goals
