Assist us in dominating the local South Florida real estate market and generating a minimum of $500,000 in gross commission income in 2021-2022 through continuous improvement of the systems and processes we work with in order to make them more:

  1. Research out-of-state prospects coming in from online marketing and confirm ID, contact info and background
  2. Alert the leadership at our offices which are close to the location of the prospect, and that we have a listing referral to place with an agent there
  3. Research, interview, select and assign the prospect to a referral agent in that same region
  4. Manage the active referral by staying in communications with the agent, then turn to begin developing the relationship with the prospect
  5. Ask questions of the prospect and share relevant information that keeps them engaged and moving toward a meeting with our team in Florida.
  6. When the prospect comes to Florida assign them to an agent on our team who will help them purchase a home
  7. Continue to manage the relationship with the prospect sharing timely information related to their current stage using email, text, phone, and cards until closed
