Hourly 15-20+ Hours/week with possibility to advance to full time.
Pay: $12-20/hr. If accepted, pay starts off at 12+/hour during training and trial period (1-3 months). After trial period, pay bumps up to $15/hour. If things keep progressing, the admin has the opportunity to be promoted to operations manager… pay will also increase to $20/hour. ***If agreed to, new hiree can be paid on salary to suit lifestyle.

We produce a monthly publication that inspires, connects, & builds community within the top 500/5% of residential Real Estate Agents in Greater Atlanta. We are serious about high-standards & serving our Realtors and Vender-Partners at the highest level!
Our team is small .. but growing fast!! And we are looking for the perfect person to grow with us! We are currently in need of a part-time assistant to join our team with room to grow into a more full-time position. Starting hours would be around 15-20 Hours/week

MUSTS FOR THE JOB:
Incredibly organized, dependable, honest, and high-level of integrity
Looking for someone who will get the job done in a timely manner and will constantly strive to learn & improve
Efficient with Excel, Word, Google apps (Gmail, google sheets, etc)
Experience & knowledge with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, & Linkedin.
Must have super computer skills & typing ability
Professionally polite & skilled with e-mail communication
World Class attitude … no matter what! We don’t do drama, ever!
Personable & Positive attitude
Enjoys learning & creating computer systems and takes PRIDE in efficient AND accurate data entry.
JOB DUTIES (Training Provided)
Be our administrative brain! (Loads of computer work, keeping us organized, etc.)
Assist with managing publishers schedule & setting up appointments.
Data entry & management of deadlines
Email communication & management
Publication Article management from beginning to end
Realtor & Partner e-mail communication
Manage social media posts & social media communication
Using google drive to manage articles and deadlines
Create systems & workflows
Managing data entry and organization of all of our programs and systems.
