Overview

We are seeking a long-term part-time operations manager to join our firm. This position requires flexibility, but we anticipate initially 15 to 20 hours per week, with opportunities for growth.

We need you to bring your organizational savvy, great attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. We need you to step into the processes and systems we’ve created to manage our firm, and bring your own genius.  We want someone who’s available, highly skilled and motivated, and passionate about supporting our team.

Responsibilities include:

Managing Dubsado CRM and Google Workspace
Improving intake/engagement process and overall customer service experience for new and current clients
Drafting reporting emails to clients
Automating follow up for prospective clients
Drafting and proofreading documents
Identifying and reviewing speaking opportunities (podcasts, workshops, stages)
Scheduling appointments
Researching/fact-checking
Looking for areas of opportunity to simplify our founder’s life and take things off her plate
Organizing files
Managing inbox and responding to emails
Developing social media and email marketing strategy
Creating and implementing a monthly content calendar
Creating and posting/scheduling daily content on Instagram and LinkedIn
Creating graphics using Canva
Reviewing weekly insights and engagement
Providing weekly reports
Developing and implementing daily engagement and growth strategies
Creating and managing Facebook Ads

This position is not right for you if you are someone who:

Hasn’t read a business or marketing book or listened to a podcast or webinar… ever.
Has a lot going on already, and doesn’t have the time and focus to really dive in.
Has a problem with handling personal tasks.
Doesn’t enjoy creating content.
Doesn’t enjoy customer service.
Doesn’t enjoy working remotely from home.

This position is perfect for you if you:

Are resourceful when it comes to figuring things out and executing them.
Can work alone and don’t require hand-holding.
Can work under pressure where you might have multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Have exceptional writing and communication skills.
Are super organized, but can move quickly to ensure things get done effectively and efficiently.
Can handle direct & blunt feedback.
Strive for excellence in everything you do.

You must be able to work remotely in a quiet home environment with your own computer, cell phone, and high-speed Internet connection.  Prior experience working with a law firm is preferred, but not required.  We would love to work with someone in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, but are open to candidates nationwide.
